The American Council of
Engineering Companies of Georgia (formerly American Consulting
Engineers Council of Georgia) was formed in 1956 as a non-profit,
voluntary, self-governing organization, incorporated under the
laws of the State of Georgia to advance the profession of
consulting engineers in private practice.
Mission Statement: The
American Institute of Architects is the voice of the architecture

Founded in 1852, the American
Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) represents more than 125,000
members of the civil engineering profession worldwide, and is
America's oldest national engineering society.
The Georgia Chamber of
Commerce is the unified voice of the business community,
aggressively advocating the business viewpoint in the shaping of
public policy, encouraging ethical business practices and ensuring
the state’s future as economically prosperous, educationally
